Monitor On Lime-wire!!! Help Plz Ahhhh
 

Its coming up with all this dirty stuff on it and i have only had it for 1hour and all i have done is a search for a song and downloaded it. So i thought i would explore the tabs and the Monitor tab has all these searches that keep pileing up with dirty stuff like hardcore f*cks and stuff. How the hell do i stop this!!!

The monitor simply shows incoming search queries from other LW users.
In other words it allows you to see what some LW users type in their search fields.
To disable it, all you need to do is untick that little box on the top of the Monitor window.

Ohoho my friend.
I've seen the better and worse side of LW users through that monitor.
What frightens me most is that I'm not even that shocked anymore.

I know its just absolute filth and to think anyone could even think of such things to search for!

i have a thirteen year old. i let her pick out some of my music. the songs she wants (not the songs she gets) are the ones that have profanity in the title. like "bat out of hell" - "*** itch". doesn't matter whether the song is good or not!

she just wants to be able to tell her friends that's the kind of music i have (she has).

i download albums (not wraps) because i like to pick my own songs rather than someone telling me what everyone else is listening to. subsequently with the good songs you get the bad.

i don't even look at that monitor anymore, goes too fast anyway. much easier watching the bandwidth monitor, or watching paint dry.
