![]() Uninstall LW & Java. Then only do both steps #1 & 2 here Fixes for Limewire & then reinstall LW using the "Offline" installer version. The new LW 4.10.x now stores its preferences in a new location. So as well as the above technique, you should do the following: delete C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\LimeWire Note instead of searching .limewire, you'll need to search for limewire with search options set to show hidden files b/c the Application Data folder is a hidden folder. FrostWire uses the same technique so you can follow this example: How to delete your FrostWire Preferences folder except search limewire & not frostwire. |
