Unhappy Language Changed

I was running limewire 4.8 and I opened it today and everything was in a foriegn language. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happened. I upgraded to the lastest version and still the same thing. I have no uninstalled it all and would like to have it back. Is there anyone out there that could help me.
I am running Windows XP home and have never ecountered this before....Please Help

The first thing to try is - go to your library. Click on view (2nd from the left), select 'change language' (at the bottom). Now select English. Re-start LW for the change to take effect

Thanks for the suggestion but that was pretty hard to do considering I could note read this language that everything was written in.
I try something on my own and it worked. I unistalled limewire completly and did a search for it on my computer, I deleted all those files. The were some that did not go in the uninstall. I also searched the redgistry and deleted some in there. I reinstalled and everything is back to normal.

You could've saved all that trouble by simply deleting the LW prefs folder. Oh well! A quick search of the forum for language & your answers wouldn'tve been at your hands very quickly. And that would also have saved space on the server for a question that's already been answered several hundred times. Forum Rules (click here)
