No, most of the music you can download from LimeWire probably isn't legal because it's copyrighted. Some individual artists that don't sign with major record labels allow you to download their music, but for the most part the music you download from LimeWire isn't legal.

I see you are from the Europe the laws are different there than here in the U.S. So as far as the legality issue goes it depends on what your particular laws are.

I see you are from Wales, well the police in Wales are more interested in catching the motorist speeding on the M4 or driving with their fog lights on! So I wouldn't worry about downloading a few songs off the net.
