incomplete pictures?

when i download pictures off of limewire i can view them fine, however, when i try to use them in photoshop they come up as incomplete. this just started today. does anyone know why this is happening?

oh wow thats wierd. 4 sum reason it was opening to the incomplete folder instead of my shared folder. well glad i figured that out. thx anyways.
