i was searching for a file (for several days) and i have found two sources. one host has T1 connection and other one has cable\dsl. i was constantly getting the massage awaiting sources or waithing for busy hosts. then i tried to search for the file many times and i allwaus find the host with cable\dsl speed but i still cant download the file from him (i get the same massage). when the other host is connected (T1 speed) my download starts but is very slow (1 to 3 kb/s). can you explain me why i get the massage awaithing sources or waithing for busy hosts even when i find the source\host? (this happends with that host all the time for several days) and why is my download so slow from the other host when he has T1 connection?

downloading other files works ok...

one reason could be that the T1 host has too many people uploading at one time.
i have T1, i allow up to 11 up-loads at a time. generally set at 9 first thing, then adjust as needed.
if i have alot of slow movers (1-5KB) i allow more(from 1KB to 35KB each).
if i have all fast movers (15+KB) i allow less at a time(up to 20KB each).
