false file names I have been using limewire for a few months now and loved it until recently. Yesterday i downloaded 3 movies, Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire, Transporter 2 and the new King Kong. I come home from work this morning and went to watch them, Transporter 2 was "back to the future 2". Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire was "Pretty Women", and King Kong 2005 was the very first King Kong movie made. Now this annoyed the **** out of me because it took a big chunk out of my monthly bandwitch cap and i was just wondering does this kind of thing happen very often? and is there anything i can do about it like reporting the person to someone so he can no longer host or download?. I use to only download mp3's and just recently got into downloading movies but if this sort of thing happens often then flag that. |
Oh please...do you really think these movies are going to be available for download when they're still in the cinema???? You're just lucky that what you downloaded wasn't infected:rolleyes: Be wise about what you download, else you'll get burned: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=41432 Maybe you should preview your downloads:D |
Also talk of piracy is forbidden in the forum check out the rules.... may I suggest before you go to download a movie check to see if its been rated on the Bitzi web lookup its agreat site and tells you what you are getting before you decide to download it...;) |
