(Sponsored Result)???????

I am just curious but what the heck is all these files coming up theres atleast 1 in every search that do. Say I look up the Dukes Of Hazzard movie. it says (Sponsored Result)The Dukes Of Hazzard. What is this?? I tried looking it up with Bitzi and It says that the file cannot be found or something like that.
