![]() question: i just downloaded xxxx.... and i want to burn it... how do i get it to burn because when i browsed for a file... it would only look in image files and it was saved under all files because there wasn't an option for that in the save as window... so how would you burn movie files from limewire to your actual burning program? can you use your windows media player to do it? ![]() Question: Why use Save As option? Why not just let it downld as it was. If it's an image file then use Nero to burn it as an image file. Of course you have nero don't you? I don't think wmp can burn that type of media. If it's a video, then wmp should be able to if you have the correct codecs to do all the work. Otherwise I'd suggest you get Nero or Roxio most recent versions. Have a look at these links: 1. Burning a CD, & also this one 2. Burning using Nero (click on link) |

![]() Check out http://www.afterdawn.com . They have a great information database for transferring video clips, whether it's home movies from a digital camcorder or something else, to CD (VCD & SVCD) and DVD. There's a whole process that you have to go through to accomplish what you're trying to do. It's not as simple as just "burning a video file". Plus, plan on taking a better part of your day to do this too. It's all explained on the site. After arriving at the site, click on the tab at the top of the page entitled "Guides" and take a look around to find the topic that's right for your needs. |
