 itunes music video Please can someone advise me, I have downloaded a music video and wish to transfer it to my itunes, however, it came up on the screen that it couldn't play that file??? Does the download have to be in a specific format i.e. MP3 MPG?? I am a bit of a novice so please explain in plain speak. Ta  |

| mpeg4 or H.264 I think it is, are the 2 video formats iTunes will import. See the Sticky at the top of this section about iTunes & iPod (about 3/4 down the 1st page of that sticky.) It helps to know if you're using mac or windows. |
