New feature

I woudl liek to propose that limewire stores the date the download was started. And automatically stops / deletes incomplete downloads after a given time

Not quite sure if this is what you're after but you can choose how long to keep incompletes. Tools > options > saving & then set how many days to keep incomplete dlds:)
