99% connecting...................
 

hello. i am 99% through downloading a 886MB file, which has taken about 5-6 days. But for the last 2 days, the status of the download is connecting.. every-so-often it says 'waiting in line, position x', but when i get to the top of the list, the status goes back to connecting.. then after maybe 2 hours or so, i join a queue again...

any advice please?

p.s. just in case, i did search for other posts offering help with this problem, but found nothing.
