Recovering Downloads

Hello everyone :)

i am running limewire 4.10.5, and it just came up with an internal error and said that old downloads could not be loaded.
I have a 56k and had dowloaded about 250mb of incomplete files.
is there any way to transfer my incomplete files back into the limewire list??? :confused:

plz help asap im really desperate
