Visual Issue?

A problem arose while using Version 4.10.5 where The physical characteristics of the Limewire Window would be visible but nothing actually "within" that window could be seen / clicked on..

And I removed it and have been attempting to re-install but now I get stuck at one of these "Dead windows" with the Java Icon that says "Language Options" and cannot get past it.. Any suggestions?
