email problems with Limewire Pro
 

I purchased Limewire pro using Paypal, had problems downloading it and ended up paying for it twice(my own fault) my problem is when I try to contact Limewire they do not acknowledge my email address but have accepted two payments for the Pro version. Any ideas? thanks

I have never received a email from Limewire saying they received the money, only that Paypal has taken out of my account. I followed the dowload from the Limewire site. Not sure why you sent me to this other thread.

If you got LW Pro from the official site ( www.limewire.com )
& are having trouble, you can send a private message (pm) to mformel. That's why I sent you to the thread;)
