took my money and still no service

i paid for limewire pro last night from limewire.com and it said that my cc wsa declined but when i went online to check my ank statement it showed that 18.00 had been taken out for limewire i want to know how to get my money back or to get my pro service...there is no way to contact limewire unless you are a pro customer and its still saying that im not
