![]() Why has version 1.8 had an MP3 player added? Surely those who use LimeWire already have an MP3 play they like. It just adds bulk to the software and takes resources from the file downloading functionality. Also, LimeWire is intended to download 'files' - i.e. anything goes - by adding an MP3 player you are implying that MP3 is the main use of the software. Yes, I know that this *probably* is its main use, but if LimeWire starts becoming too specific to MP3 file transfers, don't we run the risk of those greedy record companies having a case for halting the project? |
