![]() A few days ago I purchased Limewire Pro and I am now experiencing the following problems: 1.) You billed me twice for the same purchase. 2.) You emailed me the link to my download page, which worked fine. However, when I try to login to the Limewire Pro Support Center, it says my email is 'invalid'. I have sent several emails to service@limewire.com and received no response. I've searched all over the Limewire site for alternative email addresses for support and I cant find any. This is ridiculous. I'm overdrafted on my account now because I only had $30 in it, and you billed me $18.99 twice.. I want the additional charge refunded immediately. Admin, supply me with the appropriate contact information for billing support. PM me if you need verification on my purcahse. This is my last attempt at resolving this problem. If this doesnt work, Im contacting my bank and informing them aboout the fraudulent charges. |
