Are you sure Norton is only an anti-virus? Is there no firewall also? Check the options.

I can't find much in english about your modem/router. It's all in german when I googled it.

I think your modem is the official one of T-Com.

Does your modem have UPnP abilities?

This was one of the few links in english which doesn't mean much.
