![]() I'm pretty new to this so please bear with. When I search for a movie on Limewire I enter as much info as I'm sure of. I hit search and what shows up is a list of items a mile long containing everything but what I asked for. What am I doing wrong? |

![]() Perhaps adding too much info. A long search criteria will make it more difficult for LW to match up. I generally use Any Type searches, rather than media type searches. If I'm after a song, I'll search the name of the song or artist or artist - song title. For video searching, here's an example Cant search well help. But on video downld topic, see Movie download issues if you do downld videos. For music, it's wise to vary your searches as much as possible. Even using the album title or lead singer's name, etc. Actually the same applies when searching for TV shows, the main actor's name or the episode name or director's name, etc. can bring up what you're looking for. |
