Movie problems Uhh, well I've tried downloading some movies using limewire, the most recent was the movie Guess Who, but when i watch it, the picture is really bad and small, if i was to burn it to a dvd and watch it, would it still look this bad, or is there something i can do to fix the way the movies look? |

This might give you a clue what files are offered http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ighlight=48%2A DVD resolution is around 720 pixels wide but uses rectangle pixels. Computer monitors use square pixels. Most video players will allow you to increase the viewer size. So check the options on the player's menu bar. If you're going to burn to dvd, then some of the lesser resolution will be covered up by the TV's imaging techniques unless you're using a digital TV. Also, see Movie download issues about hints for downlding videos. BTW if you have a dvd set top player that plays DivX/XviD/mp4 then you don't need to convert & burn as an mpeg2 video dvd. Just put it onto a data disk cd/dvd. |
