my friend is using limewire basic. He's using the same connection speed s me and yet he's downloading stuff at 2mb/second, while im downloading at 70kb/s max.
I asked him and he just said he's constanly dowloading from up to 30 hosts.
How is he doing that?

I think what he means is he gets up to or over 30 sources for each search result that he has chosen to downld (under the # column.) But as far as downlding from hosts, you can only downld from a maximum of 8 hosts. Pro users can downld from 10.

I'm guessing you mixed what you said up, you're saying he downlds faster than you right?
