Hi,

I am having a problem with Limewire 4.10.9; everytime I close it down, about 30 secs later it opens itself up again without me wanting it to.

I have uninsulted it and installed it again, and the same problem still occurs.

There are no error messages; it just automatically opens itself time after time and this has never happened before after over two years of using Limewire.

I have now completely uninstalled the program but would obviously like to install it again and for it to be normal!

There is no help in the FAQ section and I can\'t get help by reporting it to bugs@limewire.com as I get an email back telling me that it has failed to deliver my email.

Please help as I am getting exceedingly frustrated with this program!

Make sure you have a good, updated AV program! Be careful with what you download.

I reccomend previewing ANYTHING about 20% into the download, and scaning the file before you open it. this should prevent a virus, oh, and NEVER download .exe files, that is about the stupidest thing you can do on a file share program (unless of course you know and trust who it's from), because you know how many nerds with no life put viruses on the server? a lot.
