Problem buying Limewire Pro
 

I'm trying to buy Limewire Pro with a Canadian visa card. For some reason the Limewire watchdog won't accept the card.
The card is OK. I've checked with the bank - they say it's Limewire's problem.
They ask for a 3 or 4 digit ID number which is not on my card, so I suggest that if anyone at Limewire is reading this they get a grip, because they are probably losing business.
The only other place I have had this problem is with a company that supplies ink cartridges in the USA.
Any comments or hints?

send a pm (personal message) to mformel . She works with Limewire and should be able to sort the problem out. Limewire is making great efforts to eliminate fraud from credit card purchases, and this, unfortunately has caused a few people problems.

btw Are you quite sure you are not being asked for the last three numbers on the signature strip on your card?
