LW 4.9.37 "special" version?

If I have this version connect to me I always have problems with it. If I connect to it as an ultrapeer I get poor search results and high drop rates. 4.8.1 or (so far) 4.10.9 I get much better behaved and better results from. I have been using the 4.10.x LW. Anybody else see this?
