I would guess the zipfile, but I would recomend just downloading it here instead.

umm what is the difference between Keopi's xvid codec and nic's xvid codec

Don't really know, but I have always used it and it works fine. I was recommended to me way back when there was a big difference, but have no idea if there is a difference now.

But there is only one file to choose from making it a lot easier, unless you want the unstable 1.2 version

I have been using it for about 1 and a half years now I think and have had no problems with viruses or any other malware

back then Keopi's version could play more files, thats why I started using it
