I Need Help On Which Xvid To Download

when i went to the site it gave me these choices to pick from and i dont know which one to download.

xvidcore-1.1.0.tar.gz
xvidcore-1.1.0.tar.bz2
xvidcore-1.1.0.zip
md5sum.txt

PLEASE HELP
