Hi,
Can anyone help me I paid for limewire pro and everytime I go to download programme I am told it does not recognise my email address. I have sent off an email to the sales team but only received an automated response which no help at all.

If you bought pro then you should have received an email from customer support with a link to your personal downld page.
(Wise suggestions about your personal pro download page & email notifications: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/window...-v-4-18-a.html; you should only get updates from your personal pro download page, ignore the update your LimeWire popup window you may receive at times as that will send you to the LimeWire Basic download page.) ;)

Hi Lord Of The Rings,
My dad paid via the pages link to paypal. I already had pro and when I went for the updates in Feb 06 Iwas informed that my account needed to be updated as my subscription had run out at this point there was no problem. I am trying to download on to new computer but it says my email is not a limewire address.
So unable to download programme again.
Not a happy customer as I have pro for almost a year and the standard programme before that.
Any help would be appreciated.
I sent an email to the address via link info@limewire.com and even that got sent back as undeliverable.

Recheck the email address you used. The one used on the paypal might be different to the one you usually use. Check the confirmation email you received. Someone reported to me that they forgot they used their wife's email instead of their own for example.

did not receive original e-mail with details for pro and have had to pay again to download and get an avenue of discussion.not happy at all with support system and need one payment refunded

I am new to this stuff and have a question???? I down loaded limewire from the web site pspsupport.net which is now register.com, I was wondering if this is a real site for limewire or was I scammed?? I have been trying to contact them for some help but cannot get any help....

I LOWERED IT FROM THE OFFICIAL PLACE DE LIMEWIRE I have BELIEVED APPROXIMATELY FOR 10 MONTHS, THAT I was not CHEATED, BUT I WANT to KNOW WHAT I should MAKE So that it is ACTUALIZASO IN 4.12 PRO. PLEASE HELP

help! i recently accidently purchased limewire pro from limewire.com and i want my money back. i purchased it just yesterday (april 23,2008) and i changed my mind last minute. i had input my credit card info but i guess i accidently hit the submit button before i exited the page. does anyone know of a customer service number i can call? i emailed them like they told me to on the website but no one has gotten back to me. please help!

Discrepancy between price offered and price charged
 

I have a screenshot of the Limewire site saying "Get PRO special onetime download for $13.95". I clicked on "Get Pro" but then the site wanted to charge me $21.95.

How can I take Limewire up on the onetime offer which I tried to get at the time but wasn't allowed to? I would be glad to be billed $13.95 to purchase the Pro version.

Why is email always returned? Why does no one answer the phone??????
 

I'm with GEOFF59. I had paid for limewire by a money order as it would not take my card for some reason. I do not have my download yet and still have yet to be able to contact anyone. Every email I send gets sent back as undeliverable. I found a good phone number on the internet for Limewire (the reason I know it's good is it's the same address I sent my money order to) I have called and once again no response as all I ever get is an answering machine. And yes, I did purchase this on the limewire.com website. If anyone out there knows what else I can do I would appreciate help too. I feel I have been ripped off and am about ready to contact the Attorney General for the state ofNew York if they will not respond soon.

I did try to email limenathan it bounces back undeliverable. I have tried everything under limewire to get a response and they all bounce back.

Check this post Upgrading to V 4.18 (click on link). From memory, LW's phone number is on your credit card receipt after purchasing Pro.
Keep in mind, all account information is auto removed from their databases after a person's support period has finished.
