Deleting from my library

Hello. I was just wondering how to delete files from my Limewire Library. I have deleted the file from my hard drive, and in the Library window, it states that the file's size is 0KB. But when I try to get rid of the file name, I get a message that says, "Unable to delete the file. It may be in use by another application." However, I have closed all my other applications, and I still get the message. I have no idea what to do. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

you may need to reboot your system, occasionaly bits of a program can get caught in the ram (memory leaks) and cause the system to think a file is still in use even when its not

than find the file using windows explorer and delete it from there with no other programs running

in some odd cases you may need to rename extremely long file names to something shorter prior to deleting
