I had limewire installed on my old computer, I have a new computer now and have reinstalled it. My question:
I purchased the pro version but it keeps telling me that I didn't. It's getting pretty frustating, I have my order ID is there an e-mail address I can send my questions to?

That's what I would think also, but it says my e-mail address isn't valid for a pro but I have the printed out form when I purchased it....getting frustrated.

It keeps sending me to this forum for Basic which is great at least it send me someplace there is somebody to talk to.

humm... well i cant help you there.. if you have a friend that uses pro they can send a email for you but thts all i can think of

You should've recieved an email with a link to your personal download page for Pro. Have a look through the thread in my last post, hope it can sort things out for you

*Edit...I've just seen your other post. If you got Pro more than 6 months ago, your email won't be recognised! You'll have to buy again.
