i'd purchased limewire pro

I'd purchased the limewire pro a few months ago. all my system was crash, and them i formated the HD. i'm trying to download the installer again, but the system doesn't accept any email address. what can i do to get it?

First off, where did you get Pro from?

I GOT THE SOFTWARE FROM THE OFFICIAL SITE. I THINK, IT WAS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AGO.... AND, IF YOU CHECK THE FAQ, IT SAYS THAT UP TO 6 MONTHS, BUT MUST BE A WAY TO GET IT AGAIN.

No need to shout or capslock ok? Did you get the email that Limewire sends you?

To get it again, you have to pay again. Thats my understanding. You get up to 6 months free at the cost of 18.88 in US dollars.


If you paid more than that from another site, then you got scammed.

If you got it from the official site and your time expired, you have to renew as far as I know.

....i am having about the same problem with my limewire.....i am trying to update to the newer version as it directed me to but when i go to add my email address it will not accept it. i have only had the limewire program for 4 1/2 months(purchased it from the offical limewire site).....i am also wondering how to contact them about my email address....any help or info would be appreciated.
