purchased pro...email address not recognized
 

Hi,
I've purchased pro but when I go to support it doesn't recognize my email address. I've tried to find someone that can help but to no avail????? How do I get through to the company. I emailed them my credit card receipt and everything.

why didnt u use limewire to get limewire pro??

u download everythng else...

If you bought Pro from www.limewire.com and if you bought it less than 6 months ago, there are links here to help

If you didn't get Pro from the official site, your email address won't be in the database. Likewise, if you bought more than 6 months ago, your email address won't be in the database;)
