 purchased pro...email address not recognized Hi, I've purchased pro but when I go to support it doesn't recognize my email address. I've tried to find someone that can help but to no avail????? How do I get through to the company. I emailed them my credit card receipt and everything. Thanks Music  |

| musicman77 If you bought Pro from www.limewire.com and if you bought it less than 6 months ago, there are links here to help http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=54008 If you didn't get Pro from the official site, your email address won't be in the database. Likewise, if you bought more than 6 months ago, your email address won't be in the database  |
