I am already a lime pro subscriber have pd for it and all.
It wont let me download pro with out entering my credit card info again and i dont want to be billed twice. I just want access
Can anyone help

If you bought pro from www.limewire.com less than 6 months ago, you should be fine. When you bought Pro, you would've recieved a link to your personal download page... just download a new version from there. If you didn't save the link, go to toe page below & enter the email address that you used for purchase

If you didn't buy Pro from the official site, or if you bought it more than 6 months ago, your address won't be in the database. You'll have to buy again:)

How long ago did you buy Pro & where did you buy it from?
If it's an official version from the official site, less than 6 months old, there are some links here that should help
