Sources...

I am having some problems downloading a video file. It's approximately about 695 MB in size. It has a 10 buy it, which I always thought that it meant it had 10 sources or hosts or something, and that it'd have no problems downloading. Well, after I double click on it it goes down and tries to connect, but comes back with the message "Needs more Sources". It's really the only video file that would work for me, so I need this one. I've tried several times and I always keep getting this message. I even let it run overnight last night.

I am not quite sure what to do, this is the only file I am having problems with. I am running Mac OS X Panther and I think I also have the latest version of Limewire.

Thanks.

In the search results, control-click the top column bar of the results & choose to show vendor. This will show you which gnutella program client is offering it. If it's RAZA (Shareaza), be wary. People who use raza usually connect to more than one network at a time & use most of their upload bandwidth on the other networks. This makes them very difficult to connect to & even when you can, often only offer a miserly speed.

You might want to see tips here for finding alternative sources & versions under varying names: Can’t search well help

Also, try browsing host to see if that helps re-starting the downld. Re-searching also does the trick particularly as new people come & go online all the time.
