2 Windows pop up when opening limewire

Hello my name is Christian,
and I have a situation that needs to be addressed

How is it that 2 pop up windows show for limewire, and also I hear double clicking

for some reason don't know what it could be, but it kinda frightens me to know if someone is on your computer, and if you don't know about it.
