I am running into problems with video codecs, is there some where to dl a package of codecs anywhere?

Also is there a way to increase the upload speed so people can dl faster off me?{already have the setting maxed and average about 25 kbs for uploads}

As far as increasing your UL speed if you have it set at max and you are UL at 25KB/s then 25 is probably your max UL speed. You can do a speed test at the link below.
