Can anyone tell me what is a "sponsored result" when this comes up in search results? Thanks!:)

usually it is a URL to a site that sells what you are looking for.

Yeah, I've seen a sponsored result when I've searched for songs at times...Anyway, I think they pay LimeWire to put it up but it's just BS don't click on it :p
