Why does the file always wait for the sources?

Hey, Iam downloading some files and many of them are just waiting for sources('Awaiting Sources') all the time!some do download sometimes(at the speed of 1kb/sec) but then again gets on a tour to find sources!please help me...i can even tell you the file which iam downloading(if its nothing wrong in doing that)

P.S: oya i use 250kb/sec broadband of SpectraSmart(SpectraNet) and the downloads usually download at the speed of 25-32kb/sec, maybe this info will help you!
