| It is normal to get HD flickering when you start up LW (both Basic & Pro) and you have not yet put in your own search and download requests. However, if you do not start up LW, making sure that the LW icon is not in the system tray, then you should not get HD flickering.
You should check to make sure that LW is not starting up when your windows starts up, I get the feeling that your LW is running in the background when you switch your PC on.
