Just wondering, can network administrators at work detect what I'm downloading using Limewire at work?

Maybe ... there are programs out there that some admins use to check such things. But there's no guarantee yours will have such tools.

You bet your sweet bot bot they can! NOt only that they probably have a bot that is specifically looking for nasties, like flesh coloured images, video and language triggers.
