How do i get to be a moderator or a administrator? Requirements?

No offens though,..........I actually think you've asked a fair question, regardless of how many posts you've already got. How else can newbies learn about how things work. A pity though, some people tend to forget that they were a newby by themself once before
As I can imagine, it might work the way that after a long period (what ever time frame that might be) and after many good posts (means helpful posts without producing any further hassle) someone might drop you a line inviting you to become a moderator.
As I said, just my imagination though
