bandwidth question
 

I was checking my my bandwidth stat. and noticed that my bandwidth upstream was fluculating between 0.5 to 4.0. the average is suppose to be around 11.0.
the bandwidth downstream was 12.0 to 18.0 with the average being 26.5. Does anybody know why this is so low & does it affect my downloading files or people uploading files from my library.

Also is there any way to increase the bandwidth upstream and down stream. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do a bandwidth speed test. It will tell what your bandwidth is. The link below Will take you to a test site choose the one closest to where you live.
