The brick wall suggests a firewall that is not properly configured. That could be your software firewall or modem/router. Tips:
1. Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link)

2. Make sure your modem/router is configured for UPnP to counter the NAT firewall they have. Else if your device doesn't support upnp or doesn't give reliable upnp support then manual port forward is the trick. See the different sections regarding this here Connection problems? LOTR_: thanks so much for those links (and for your spanish response ) But one thing before i do it: will changing the firewall configuration affect anything else in the computer or for the other users? and my sister has bearshare in her user, will it affect it in some way?
