Have the forums been attacked or has there been a crash (apart from my car)

This is the first time in about a week I have been able to even load the forum in my browser.

I have quite a problem. I downloaded a video file off of Limewire (Lost) and now none of my files sound will play. Even ones I knew worked before. I tried files that I didn't download (windows sample things) and they did not work either. video display works but no sound for music files or anything. It seems I may have got a virus or something. I have tried everything. Itunes isnt that great it wont play video at all. What do I do?!?

Have you done a scan of your computer with your AV program? You should always scan a file before you open it!! What player are you using? Try the files with a different player. Have a try with VLC player, just in case it's a weird codec thing happening
Codecs & VLC
