I got billed 6 different times within 10 mins and cant get in contact with anyone because it wont allow me to log in. Any advice on who i can contact??

First of all, did you buy LW Pro ($US18.88 for 6 months of updates & email support) from www.limewire.com ??
Just have to make sure you've paid for the real thing before following anything up;)

Yes, i went back and double checked. Its from the actual site but there is no one to talk to unless you actually get the service, so im stuck in the middle!!

I Never had a problem when i purchased pro... I just purchased it, activated it without the extra updates and warranties... also saved it to a cd... I'm not paying for it again!

I signed up for the limewire download service that is only $1.67 a month and now have been billed $40! Please I want to know how to contact customer service and have this service cancelled!

Contact your credit card company, you went to a scam site not the official LW site as you were suppose to.

Guess what im having the same problem. I upgraded to pro and guess what I got charged Twice in the same day and I cant guse it eaither. It told me that my card didnt have enough money on it but guess what I got charged twice.What do I do about this problem. Im so upset im about to go public but im giving it time to sort it out but it seems there is no one to contact.

Use the link in the post of LOTR and go to that thread. There you'll find a link (RStern), which you should click to send her a PM explaning your problem. She will be able to sort it out (assuming that you've bought LW pro from the official site http://www.limewire.com/ and paid $ 18.88).
