ok i transfered my videos to itunes and i convert them for the ipod and i loose sound when it is played it is a music video so sound is important, is there a certain format im using ,what am i doing wrong and can it be done

What did you use to convert the videos? They'll have to be mpeg4 or H.264 format. Some people have had this trouble when using Videora. I can't advise you at all on Videora (failed miserably & couldn't use it at all). I use 3GP converter instead, if you're interested in trying it there are instructions, advice & a link for download here
