Are you refering to Skins or just a general question? CyberStalker is quite good with advice about skins.
lwtp= http://filext.com/detaillist.php?ext...&Search=Search

An .lwtp file is an LW skin file, put this file in your "C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\.limewire\themes" and LW will pick it up when you action "View/ Apply Themes".

In addition, you may need to download additional files from here:

I think that when you download LimeWire the .limewire folder is automatically put into your "yourusername" folder. I don't know where else you would put the skins without that folder.:confused:

Don't forget the newer version LW's put their preferences (& thus skins) into the
C:\Documents and Settings\*yourusername*\Application Data\limewire folder ... & not the
C:\Documents And Settings\your_username\.limewire folder.

Explanations here in points 2 & 3; Fixes for Limewire. ie: Application Data is a "hidden" folder.
