 Lots of ISPs block or shape bandwidth for p2p. There are loads of examples here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=33712 You'll probably find that there's some mention of their p2p policy within the terms & conditions of your internet plan. The obvious fix is to change ISP but it's easier than it sounds if you're locked into a contract   |
