sound is off on playback..... I have the dvd burner dvd Santa..... I've downloaded a particular movie . avi. file it plays just fine on my pc with vlc and wmp.... I even tried burning it at a slower speed, but the sound is still about 2 seconds off...2 dvrs wasted so far.... Any Help out there?:. |
If you have a lot of time on your hands :D Download VirtualDubMOD (Google it) Split the video and audiostream and make a delay then put back together and try again. This is not as easy as it sounds. Will probably involve a lot of reading guides before you learn. BTW your problem is your DVD Software, so to keep your video for playback on computer you have to copy it before doing this P.S. I would recommend using DVD-RW disk when you do this. Trial and error kind of thing |
I can do this with dvd santa( split video and sound) I've just got to put time delays on either sound or video....I'm gonna' go try now... if that doesn't work I'll try your suggestion... Apreciate your HELP!!!!!! |
It's better to do it to the sound This happens sometimes when the sound source is AC3 variable or Lame MP3. For some reason many encoders get it wrong. I have had the same problem with Nero. Pretty strange that the mediaplayers sence it but dvdconverters don't |
Hey Sleepless..... I tried it on my dvd santa...I kept delaying the sound by milliseconds, finally got it perfect at 500mls. It worked great..... Thanks for helping anyway........ really appreciated!!!!:) :) |
Glad to help :) Wonder if Nero has it as well. Then I have been fiddling with VirtualDubMOD without having too. Oh well. It's still great for DVD to avi |
